The products are made based on fresh potatoes in different shapes (round, triangular,...). Prefried and not prefried and deep-frozen.
Ingredients
Potatoes, vegetable oil, dried potatoes, onion, potato starch, pea fibre, salt, dextrose, spices and flavourings.
Preparation
In the deep fryer
Fry the frozen products for approximately 4 to 5 minutes in oil preheated to 175°C. Do not fry too many at once.
In the oven
Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes to 220°C. Put the frozen products on a tray and place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
In the frying pan
Heat a little oil or fat. Allow the products to bake for 5 to 6 minutes until golden yellow then turn and bake again for 5 to 6 minutes.
